Tickets are sold online only, are nominative and timed. Basilica entry is €26 (with Audioguide app); with a tower €36. Official photo ID is checked at the entrance and late arrivals cannot enter.

How to buy and use
- Buy on the official website or official app, about two months ahead at most.
- Enter each visitor's real name — tickets are nominative.
- Show the ticket (app, print or phone) and official photo ID at the entrance, on time.
Good to know
- Dress code: no see-through clothing, trousers/skirts at least mid-thigh, no swimwear; no bare shoulders in the Chapel of the Holy Sacrament. No hats inside the nave or museum.
- No bags or rucksacks allowed on the towers; temporary lockers are provided. Towers are not wheelchair-accessible.
- Quiet hour 09:00–10:00 since 2 Feb 2026: use earphones for any audio.

Can I enter if I'm late?
No. Tickets are valid only for the chosen time.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
There is no ticket office; direct-purchase QR codes around the Basilica sell remaining availability. Buying online in advance is recommended.
Is ID required?
Yes, official photo ID plus proof for any discount.
