Osaka Castle Main Tower
The rebuilt main tower of Osaka Castle houses a history museum, with an observation deck on the top floor.

Umeda Sky Building's Kuchu Teien is open until 22:30 (last entry 22:00), and Harukas 300 until 22:00.
Should I include Universal Studios Japan in a 3-day trip?
