- Enter from the 3F Kuchu Teien Observatory entrance and ride to the top.
- Buy a ticket at the observatory ticket window.

- A set ticket with the Koji Kinutani Tenku Art Museum is sold at the counter.
- Special tickets are required during fireworks-event hours.
