Submit the free SG Arrival Card with its health declaration within 3 days before arrival, online or in the MyICA app. Koreans can stay up to 90 days visa-free.

SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with e-Health Declaration
- Who
- All travellers, except those transiting without immigration clearance, and residents (citizens, PRs, long-term pass holders) entering via Woodlands and Tuas land checkpoints.
- When
- Within 3 days before arrival, including the day of arrival (e.g. arriving 30 June: from 28 June).
- Fee
- Free
- Validity
- One submission per trip; health status can be changed via 'Update SGAC'.
- Processing
- An acknowledgement email is sent to the address you declared.
Steps
- Open the SGAC e-Service on the ICA website or the MyICA mobile app.
- Enter passport and personal details.
- Enter trip details and accommodation in Singapore.
- Complete the electronic health declaration truthfully.
- Submit and keep the acknowledgement email.

Watch out
- SGAC is free. ICA does not endorse commercial sites that submit it for a fee.

Is there a fee for the SG Arrival Card?
No. Submission is free of charge on ICA channels.
I'm only transiting through Changi. Do I need SGAC?
Not if you do not clear immigration.
How will I know it was received?
ICA sends an acknowledgement email to the address in your SGAC.
