Bai Khem (Bai Kem) is a crescent-shaped beach in An Thoi ward in the south, about 25 km from Duong Dong. Bai Sao lies on the southeast coast. The Hon Thom cable car, open since 2018, runs from the An Thoi area to Hon Thom island.
Bai Dai & the north (Grand World)
The north of the island includes Bai Dai and Ganh Dau. Grand World Phu Quoc, opened by Vingroup in northern Phu Quoc in 2021, combines a canal with gondolas, a night market and a daily water show.
Getting there
Phu Quoc International Airport is about 9 km south of the island's administrative centre (Duong Dong). Resorts are reached by taxi or hotel transfer; the south and north take longer than Long Beach.
